These pads are an evolution of the original German patented  pads that Abralon, SiaAir and other pads are based upon. These can be used for surface conditioning with a sanding performance far better than conventional paper abrasives in fine grades. Due to the special structure of the Jost UseIt Superpad SG3 pads bowling balls  can be sanded and polished with considerably fewer pads, less time and better quality. The SG3 pads feature a thicker foam that directly compare to the Abralon and sia line of pads.
